Welcome to the first official Keyline Care Newsletter!


We are so glad to share our updates from 2024 so far with you, and we cant wait to see what the rest of the year holds for us.


Moving forward, these newsletters will run quarterly - make sure to subscribe for updates direct to your inbox if you haven’t already (the email version is much more fun 😉).


 

Hi, We're Keyline Care! Seeing as this is our first newsletter, we thought we’d take the time to introduce ourselves.


Keyline Care is a supported living service specialising in providing care to young people (16+) in their own homes. We can provide support to those who may have a learning disability, mental health, autism, complex needs, and/or behaviours that challenge.


We work with the service user, their family/support system and the relevant social care team to build a bespoke care package tailored to individual needs, interests and goals.



We centre the independence, wellbeing and potential of our service users at the heart of our approach. This means always prioritising the people we support, as well ensuring that all of our support workers receive the training and support that they need to provide exemplary care at all times.


 

We've Moved!


Perhaps the most exciting development for us this quarter is our move to a brand new head office space. This is such a huge opportunity for Keyline Care, having started out as a small business not too long ago, now expanding to a much larger office space bringing new potential for our 2024 horizons (and beyond!).

Having a larger office space has allowed us to expand our training room. At Keyline Care training is so important to us - as well as following industry standards, we provide additional/refresher training to our staff that is tailored to the unique needs of our service users, as they may arise, which allows us to continue to push for outstanding standards across our care services.

Employee of the month!


This year we have started our Employee of the Month initiative at Keyline Care. We are so grateful to all our hardworking support staff and this gives us the chance to highlight and reward their individual hard work and achievements.


A huge congratulations to this quarter’s employees of the month: Issac, Julie, Lesley D, Zuriel, Tony, Hassan, Lesley M, Austine, Charlotte, James, Emerson, and Boboe!


Awarding achievements include fantastic communication and good relationships with service users, dedicated attitude to work, and taking initiative to provide the best standard of care possible. We would especially like to highlight the work of Lesley M, who has taken the time to work with our service user JT to create meal plans. Wellbeing is one our of core values at Keyline Care, and this is a perfect example of support that will benefit our service user in this area.


We feel so lucky to have such a wonderful team behind us, and we know these achievements are just the first of many to come this year.
