About Us.
At Keyline Care we believe in providing a standard of care we would expect for our own loved ones. Our founding members have over 40 years of care experience, which has been utilised to develop a flexible service of bespoke care packages.
The forefront of our approach is to ensure service users feel safe, comfortable and are able to thrive. We work with you and your loved ones - alongside the relevant social care team and registered landlords - to identify a suitable property you can call home; building a support package catered to your individual needs and challenges.
Keyline Care aims to empower service users to make their own choices about how they live their lives. Our staff take the time to get to know each person and to understand their individual needs, interests and goals - allowing them to provide the care and support each service user needs in order to promote wellbeing, independence and potential.
We proudly follow Paradigm's REACH Standards and embed these values within our services. Although these are voluntary, they are recommended by CQC; at Keyline Care we feel that these standards align with our core values of promoting independence, wellbeing and potential. They offer property sourcing and maintenance, as well as advice, regular inspections and out of hours services.
Beacon Supported Housing C.I.C. provides supported housing specifically designed to meet the needs of the individual service user, relating to a learning disability, acquired brain injury, physical/sensory disability or mental illness. Once a suitable property has been identified, Beacon Supported Housing CIC take the lease out directly with the owner and then sub-let it to our service users on a six month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
